Training Essentials
To help swimmers get the most out of their training sessions, we ask that all swimmers bring the following equipment:
Kickboard
Flippers (fins)
Swimming cap
Please ensure all items are clearly labelled with your swimmer’s name.
CMSS swimming caps are available to purchase at poolside for £7.
CMSS Club Kit
We’ve got a range of CMSS kit for swimmers who’d like to show their club colours, including swimming costumes, jammers, T-shirts and swimming caps. Club hoodies are also available to order at selected times throughout the year.
Club kit is completely optional for training, although we love seeing our swimmers in their CMSS caps! If you’re joining us for a competition, we encourage swimmers to wear club kit and be part of the team.

To order CMSS kit, please email kitofficer@swimsquad.org with the items and sizes required.
Your order will be left at poolside for your swimmer to collect. Once you’ve received and checked your items, payment should be made by bank transfer using the details provided by the Club.
